The LT Way Virtual Track Meet Instructions
How to Compete
Over the six weeks starting on Monday May 18, 2020 through Sunday June 28, 2020, submit your times for each event you wish you compete in. You may make as many submissions as you want, only your best time for the week will be used.
Do Not Meet Up With Others For This Competition!!!!!

Please compete where you can (safely). Some of you will be able to get to outside while others might have to compete in your front/back yard or indoors.

  1. Sign up for the meet here. It is 100% FREE to everyone!
  2. Read our Medical Release below. By signing up and submitting your results online and competing in the meet you agree to the terms of our Medical Release found below (If under 18 years old your parents/guardians must agree to these terms).
  3. Each week you may use the Submissions page here to upload your results. Upload as many results as you would like during each week, on your honor system. All submissions must be made by 11:59 PM on Sundays.
  4. Each Monday by 2:00 PM Central Time, results for the prior week will be posted here.

Here is the six week schedule:

  • Week 1 – Monday May 18 – Sunday May 24. Results posted on Monday May 25.
  • Week 2 – Monday May 25 – Sunday May 31. Results posted on Monday June 1.
  • Week 3 – Monday June 1 – Sunday June 7. Results posted on Monday June 8.
  • Week 4 – Monday June 8 – Sunday June 14. Results posted on Monday June 15.
  • Week 5 – Monday June 15 – Sunday June 21. Results posted on Monday June 22.
  • Week 6 – Monday June 22 – Sunday June 28. Results posted on Monday June 30.
Check where you stand on our Results Pages for each event. You will be able to sort by name, age, school/club, or best mark first. You can find your name by holding control + f and typing in your name on the sheet.
Medical Release
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the www.theLTway.com and/or the Lake Travis Youth Association athletic sports program, related events and activities, I, the undersigned,  acknowledge and agree that: 1) The risk of injury or illness from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury or illness does exist; and, 2) I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown and assume full responsibility for my child’s participation; and, 3) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove my child from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and, 4) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Lake Travis Youth Association their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
